According to property records, Jackman and Furness, purchased the apartment together back in 2008 for USD 21.1 million and still jointly own it. It is understood that the sale forms part of their divorce settlement.Located in Manhattan’s upscale West Village, the property spans the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of a 15-storey high-rise, covering 1,021 square metres. It offers sweeping views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, with floor-to-ceiling windows.The 10th floor hosts a luxurious main bedroom suite complete with a studio, spa bath, sauna and dressing rooms. That property was not listed for sale but underwent a quiet ownership transfer as part of the same settlement process.
