Ram Charan’s sports action drama ‘Peddi’ continued its theatrical journey with a slight improvement in collections on its 25th day. The film benefited from the Sunday holiday and recorded better numbers than the previous day.According to Sacnilk, ‘Peddi’ collected Rs 1.04 crore net in India on Day 25. The latest total marks a 30 percent increase over the Rs 80 lakhs earned on Day 24.
Worldwide total climbs beyond Rs 336 crore
‘Peddi’ has taken its cumulative India net collection to Rs 240.14 crore. Its India gross collection now stands at Rs 283.95 crore. The film has collected Rs 52.90 crore in gross receipts from international territories. The worldwide gross collection has now reached Rs 336.85 crore.
Telugu version continues to lead
The Telugu version contributed Rs 1.03 crore net, while the Hindi version added Rs 1 lakh. The Telugu edition also recorded an overall occupancy of 31.58 percent.Afternoon and evening shows witnessed the strongest audience response during the day. Morning shows registered 22.22 percent occupancy while afternoon and evening shows stood at 33.44 percent and 34.22 percent respectively. Night shows closed with an occupancy of 20.44 percent.
‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ continues its impressive run
Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ has maintained its excellent momentum at the ticket counters.According to Sacnilk, ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ earned Rs 5.30 crore net in India on Day 10. The figure represents an 8.2 percent increase over the Rs 4.90 crore collected on Day 9.
