UP Police Constable DV/PST admit card 2026 out, physical tests begin August 17

UP Police Constable Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the UP Police Constable Document Verification and Physical Standard Test (DV/PST) admit card 2026 today, August 10, 2026. Candidates shortlisted after the written examination can now download their admit cards through the official recruitment website, uppbpb.gov.in.The DV/PST process for the Civil Police Constable and equivalent posts is scheduled to begin from August 17, 2026. The recruitment is being conducted under Notice No. PRPB-B (Constable PAC and Other Cadre) 07/2025 for 32,679 vacancies. Candidates who qualify this stage will proceed to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), scheduled for September 2026.DV/PST admit card available for shortlisted candidatesThe written examination was conducted on June 8, 9 and 10, 2026, across six shifts. UPPRPB declared the written examination result and DV/PST shortlist on July 31, 2026.A total of around 76,184 candidates have been shortlisted for DV/PST, which is about 2.33 times the number of advertised vacancies. The shortlist was prepared using category-wise normalised cut-off marks after adjustment for the six examination shifts. Candidates securing marks equal to the applicable cut-off were also included.

How to download the admit cardCandidates should visit uppbpb.gov.in and open the relevant link for the Constable recruitment DV/PST stage. They must enter their registration number and date of birth to access their details and download the admit card.The recruitment covers Constable Civil Police and equivalent posts, including Civil Police, PAC, Special Security Force, Mounted Police, Jail Warder and Women Constable positions. The minimum educational qualification is Intermediate or Class 12 from a recognised board or its equivalent.Category-wise cut-offs for DV/PSTThe normalised cut-off for unreserved candidates is 258.03661, while the women’s cut-off is 255.84346. For EWS candidates, the respective figures are 247.93434 and 247.35926. The OBC cut-offs are 251.63020 and 249.27083, while SC candidates have cut-offs of 239.34407 and 236.31995. The ST cut-offs are 220.10639 and 211.47988.Eligible Home Guard, Freedom Fighter dependent and Ex-Servicemen candidates meeting the minimum qualifying marks have been called directly for DV/PST without a separate cut-off.
