At the recent Up Creator Summit organised by The Times Of India digital, he opened up about the viral moment in question and finally shared what really inspired his famous sidewalk.
‘There was no space,’ says Ravi Kishan
At the summit, Ravi said, “There was no space. I was in a machine and it was spinning. When I saw it, it was a small space. I got stuck, and let me show you how I became a locked pigeon. So whatever memes were made, please don’t take offense, I am loving it. This has never happened before in our history, that a man stayed on everyone’s feed for a month. That man is me. Ravi Kishan credits Gen Z for his viral popularity
The actor feels his viral popularity comes down to his love from Gen Z. Speaking to the media a few days ago about his ‘Koteshwaraye’ viral video, he said, “Unki creativity aur sab log, saare Gen Zs mai dekh raha hun ki kaafi hadd tak Shiv aradhana me hai aur bahut acha laga mujhe ki mere uss bhajan ko, saare Gen Zs ne bahut recreate kiya” (I see a lot of creativity among Gen Z, and I notice that many of them are deeply engaged in the worship of Lord Shiva; I am happy to see Gen Z recreating that bhajan of mine.)“Yeh jo aitehaasik pyaar humko mila, jo Instagram ke itehaas mein kabhi aisa nai hua hai.
