According to the latest report on TMZ, Combs, who is currently serving his sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, is now expected to be released on February 5, 2028.

Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and sentenced to 50 months in federal prison. His initial release was expected to be in June 2028, before the date was moved to April 2028 and subsequently brought forward to February 23, 2028. By the end of July, his projected release date was moved up to January 27, 2028. However, following reports that the star got into a prison altercation, his date was pushed back to February 20.His latest release date of February 5, 2028, is now 15 days earlier than the previously estimated.
