Hrithik Roshan’s mother has reportedly purchased two premium flats in Mumbai’s upscale Seven Bungalows area of Versova, adding to the growing list of big-ticket transactions in the neighbourhood.

According to property data platform Brickbharat, Pinkie Roshan has paid a combined Rs. 67.30 crore for the two apartments. Both units are located on the 24th floor of Lotus Celestia, a premium residential tower in Seven Bungalows, Versova. Together, the two flats span nearly 12,860 sq ft of carpet area, making the acquisition a sizeable addition to the Roshan family’s real estate portfolio.
Property deal includes eight parking spaces
As per the transaction details cited by Brickbharat, the deal works out to an average rate of approximately Rs. 52,330 per sq ft. The purchase also includes eight designated parking spaces, adding further value to the high-end acquisition. The size of the apartments and their location place the transaction firmly within Mumbai’s luxury housing segment.
