ICAI CA Foundation September 2026 result: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the toppers of the CA Foundation September 2026 examination along with the results. Kansika from Hisar and Mahek Gupta from Hyderabad have jointly secured the first rank in the examination, scoring 361 marks each out of 400. Both candidates have secured 90.25%.Sparsh Khandelwal from Ajmer and J Jayanth from Chennai have jointly secured the second rank with 359 marks each. They have scored 89.75%. Vaibhavi Singhal from Gwalior has secured the third rank with 358 marks and an overall score of 89.50%.ICAI has also released the overall pass percentage for the September 2026 examination. A total of 19,736 candidates cleared the examination out of 1,04,240 candidates who appeared. The overall pass percentage stands at 18.93%.

CA Foundation September 2026 examination details
ICAI conducted the CA Foundation September 2026 examinations on September 2, 5, 7 and 9.To qualify for the examination, candidates must secure at least 40% marks in each paper and an overall aggregate of 50%.Candidates who have cleared the Foundation examination can now become eligible to register for the CA Intermediate course, which is the second level of the Chartered Accountancy programme.Those who could not qualify in the September session can appear for the next CA Foundation examination scheduled for January 2027. The January examination will be conducted on January 3, 5, 7 and 9.
