BITSAT Iteration 3 result 2026: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, has announced the BITSAT Iteration 3 result 2026 on its official admission portal. Candidates who participated in the BITSAT 2026 counselling process can now check their seat allotment status, upgrade details, or waitlist position by logging into the admission portal.With the result now available, candidates are required to carefully review their allotment and complete the necessary admission formalities within the prescribed timeline to remain eligible for the subsequent stages of counselling.

BITSAT Iteration 3 result: Steps to download scorecards

Candidates can access their Iteration 3 allotment by following these steps:

  • Go to the official BITS admission portal, admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
  • Click on the ‘First Degree Iteration 3 Assignment Status’ or ‘Iteration Result’ link.
  • Log in using the application number and password.
  • Check the allotted campus, programme and admission status.
  • Download and save the seat allotment letter for future reference.

The third iteration covers admissions to B.E., Integrated M.Sc., and B.Pharm. programmes. Candidates must choose between Freeze, Float or Withdraw

After viewing the allotment result, candidates who have secured a seat must select one of the available admission options.

  • Freeze: Accept the allotted seat and exit further upgradation rounds.
  • Float: Accept the current seat while remaining eligible for a higher-preference programme or campus in future iterations.
  • Withdraw: Exit the counselling process completely.

Candidates who have received a new allotment or an upgraded seat must pay the prescribed admission fee by July 18, 2026. Failure to complete the payment within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat and will be treated as an automatic withdrawal from the admission process.

BITSAT 2026 Iteration 3 cutoffs yet to be announced

BITS Pilani has not released the official Iteration 3 cutoffs for the 2026 admission cycle. The institute generally publishes the final campus-wise closing scores only after the counselling process concludes.For reference, the BITSAT 2025 Iteration 3 closing score for the Computer Science programme stood at 304 for the Pilani campus and 274 for the Goa campus. However, these figures are from the previous admission cycle and should not be considered indicative of the 2026 closing scores.

BITSAT counselling 2026: Important dates

Candidates should keep track of the upcoming counselling schedule:

  • Last date to pay admission fee for Iteration 3: July 18, 2026
  • Withdrawal window: July 19–20, 2026
  • BITSAT Iteration 4 result: July 22, 2026
  • Campus reporting begins: July 25, 2026
