Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are expecting their second baby soon, and ahead of the arrival of their little one, the couple visited the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. Deepika looked radiant in a purple kurta set, while Ranveer twinned with his wife in a matching purple outfit.Ranveer was seen being a doting husband as he held Deepika’s hand and made sure she was comfortable throughout their temple visit. He also escorted her back to their car after they offered their prayers. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time the couple has visited Siddhivinayak ahead of a major milestone. They had also sought Bappa’s blessings before the birth of their daughter Dua in September 2024.A day earlier, Ranveer visited Lalbaugcha Raja to seek Bappa’s blessings. Dressed in a white kurta-pyjama, the actor was seen in a jovial mood as he greeted fans along the way. After offering his prayers, Ranveer also stopped to speak to a news channel.Talking to Network18, Ranveer revealed that he had visited the pandal to thank Bappa for a successful year and seek blessings for the journey ahead. “It’s great to be here,” he said, before adding, “The past year has been filled with happiness for me and my family, thanks to Bappa’s blessings. I came here, had his darshan, and thanked him.”“I sought his blessings for the journey ahead,” he added.Ranveer also won hearts when he revealed that he had pledged to support the education of 1,000 girls as part of the festivities. He shared, “I pledge to join the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan and help 1,000 girls with their education. I hope this will please Bappa, and his blessings will always be with us.”Ranveer and Deepika recently shared pictures from their maternity shoot, with their daughter Dua stealing the spotlight in the adorable photos.On the work front, Ranveer has begun shooting for ‘Pralay’.
