Tamil Nadu CM Vijay’s film ‘Jana Nayagan’ is officially set to hit the big screens on July 23 and is gearing up for its release in the international market the next day, that is, July 24. While the booking for the film is yet to open in India, ticket sales in countries like the UK and Australia have already begun.
Canada gives VIP members priority
Interestingly, in Canada, the ticket bookings are being released in different phases. The distributor of the film in Canada has announced that during the first 24 hours, only VIP members will be able to book tickets. These VIP members are those people who had bought tickets earlier and are still waiting for their refunds.The distributor also said that ticket swaps will only be available at the theatre box office. On the second and third day, bookings will continue to give priority to VIP members. The general public will be able to book tickets only after the VIP booking window is over.‘Jana Nayagan’ has a huge audience overseas as a UK distributor of the film, said to have sold thousands of tickets within the first 60 minutes after advance bookings opened.
‘Jana Nayagan’ makers share new poster
Recently, the makers took to their social media handle to reveal a brand new poster of the film and announced that the CM Vijay starrer will be released on July 23. Sharing the poster, they wrote, “Tested by fire. Forged by time. Built for history. The tougher the battle, The louder the victory.”Vijay also shared the poster and wrote, “#JanaNayaganFromJuly23.”

Speaking about the film, directed by H Vinoth, the film alongside Vijay features Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Narain, Priyamani and Sunil in key roles.‘Jana Nayagan’ has received an ‘A’ certificate from CBFC after a long wait.
